[SOLVED]3dsmax UV Unwrap problem
Hello , i'm developing a FPS 3d shooter , recently i've come to a point I wanted to texture my weapons effectivly.
I edited the UV's and created a UV Map to work with , after I was done I exported it normaly and loaded it to my application (that has a standard 3ds loader , no fancy changes) , sadly the texture was mapped completely wrong , it seemed as if the UV's has been altered in the exporting process.
I also tried regular Box , sphere , face etc.. mapping , they all worked.
Could it be that im exporting it wrong , or is the 3ds format dosen't support such custom UV Mapping?

Well it has been solved. I don't really know why I insisted on using 3ds but it seems the format just dosent support custom UV mapping with the unwrap modifier.
I tried using .X format and it worked just fine.
So if anyone wants to use 3ds with unwrapped UV's in his game , use something else :)
