Record browser actions to video?

I just completed building a pretty nifty backend administration-type website, and I'm about to hand it off to the client and thus never see the inside of it again. Before I do that, I want to record a short demo of what it can do, and how nicely it does it, for my portfolio. Theres a lot of dynamic stuff going on so I dont think static screenshots will cut it. Is there a *free* program that I can use to record a video? I dont think I care what format it ends up being, but I think I will probably eventually turn it into a flash movie, if that makes a difference. The program doesnt have to be specific to recording browsers. If it was a generic record-anything-on-your-monitor type of program, that would be even better. For example, a lot of people have
">photoshop tutorials
on youtube. How did they capture that video?
CamStudio. Exports to flash as well IIRC.

My vote goes to Camtasia Studio. It's not free but there's a 30 day trial. Other programs had difficulty recording full screen games in resolutions other than the desktop resolution.
If you are using Vista you can record using Fraps, according to this
Innovation not reiterationIf at any point I look as if I know what I'm doing don't worry it was probably an accident.

I vote for this one as well. It's so good I actually bought a license a month or two back.
