If you want to edit it like pixel art why not just open it in a paint program like MSPaint/GIMP/Photoshop/etc? Or do you mean something else?

Do a simple google search for something like "how to draw pixel art" and then read the tutorials that come up. That should put you on the right path toward what you are looking for.

There are stickied threads in this forum which may contain information and links you would find useful; I suggest having a look through them if you have not already.


(Also, you may find that people are more willing to respond with helpful information if you word your requests as polite questions and take care to explain what exactly it is you are trying to do.)
