1. Excessive stress/anxiety?

3. Psych meds have a well-known tendency of inducing long term side-effects such as tics. (Don't quit them, though.)

Try a magnesium supplement. A deficiency of magnesium can cause tics. If you don't like supplements then eat lots of peanuts, which is a rich source of Mg.

Great news! The twitching has pretty much gone. I really hope it doesn't come back though. Thanks for all the suggestions! I've only got a few side effects from your suggestions/ideas: I can't pronounce my R's or feel or move my left arm (thanks to the lobotomy), I've got a new cool eye-patch (cause of the amputation), I've turned into a lesbian orgy addict (thanks BeanDog), I can turn into a swarm of botflies (kinda like a vampire turns into a bunch of bats), and I no longer have to go into work cause one of my escaped clones is doing it for me.

In reality, here's what I think helped: last week was finals week for school, and my company Sorenson Media was also launching our new 360 video service, a new corporate website, a new version of Squish, and a new version of Squeeze. Basically the last two weeks have been nothing but stress and sleepless nights. But my finals finished on Wednesday and my company finished the uber-launch last night. Now I'm riding on a stress-free high, playing some Halo 3 so I can rot my brain and forget what I learned in college. I'm also super happy about the launch of my company's product/service 360 since it was my first ever real, major product launch (and I was the only developer for the C++ API SDK, so I actually had a big part). Anyway, now I'm kickin' it old-skool stress and twitch free!
