Just a quick thought

In deep thought a few seconds ago. For an unknown reason, I came out with this intriguing phrase. It went something like this:
"The Rights of Man are not dictated by the whim of the common man nor the nobility of society; rather that it is founded by the Human Condition of man and its many intracasies"
I wonder how that got in my head. It's strange what the human mind produces. Anyone care to make a comment on this oddity?
