I have a max plugin that can be seen under the plugin manager (inside max), but can’t find its trace in the “more...” dialog.... I can see it indicated as “loaded” with a tick on the left hand side and the keyword loaded, with a green ball icon in between in the plugin manager I am naming the file “ max7dat.dle”, also tried dlu extension to no avail… I have put the plugin in 3dsmax\stdplugs folder Could anyone show me any hints? Ready to provide further info. Sorry didn't know where I should drop this question to... Thanks Jack
Do you see the plugin under the file types when you try to export the scene?*.dle plugins are for exporters if i remember correctly.

I could see my plugin under the plugin manager.
But I had no where to call it.
Thanks
Jack
If it's an exporter, just go and export a file. The file type should be listed in the file dialog. The plug-ins should fit themselves into max, and won't necessarily have a specific button or menu item for them.

If this is your own plug-in, are you auto deferring? (It's best not too...)
