true one year doesnt make a trend (though wouldnt the economy affect both sectors?) but the trends have been the same every year for the last 5+ years

*check the financial reports of the various large game companies eg largest in the world at the moment activision/blizzard 2005 pc share revenue 15% 2006 pc share 13% 2007 pc share 5%
same story with EA etc, this a far cry from the days when pc's used to account for ~50% revenue
*the group formed to spread the good word about pc gaming, saiz its going great...... in china (largest in world), south korea 2nd
*id,valve,epic etc who used to be mainly pc focused are now focusing primary on consoles
etc, I think this is called overwhelming evidence

why spain? I would of preferred the US or UK or japan or even france/germany but I can see no recent data that has both pc + console data combined, eg the USA NPD either publishes the top20 console or top10 pc but u have no real idea on how they compare relative to each other. btw spain is actually quite a big market (bigger than italy even with far fewer ppl) must be all the poms living there :)
