I've always thought a game called "Programming Hero" would be kinda fun... similar to guitar hero where lines of code with characters missing would scroll down the screen, and you'd have to put in the missing characters to complete the line.

Would get boring pretty fast for veteran coders, but it might be useful for people just trying to learn.

Lol, so what, the player has to, under a time pressure, enter in missing semi-colons etc? Not convinced that it would work quite as well :P How would you add rythym? Whne I read the first sentence, I thought you meant it was like an RPG where you had to program your heros AI and see how he responded, try and make him so that he a) wanted to save the world and b) had the skills to do that.
