Hi. If any of you forum posters have been watching the news, reading your RSS feeds, looking at blogs and the like- you'll know that there was a massive protest staged in London, UK, due to the leaders of the world's (generally, apart from a few who are signed onto the pact) more powerful leaders, inlcuding Gordon Brown (Britain), Barrack Obama (United States of America), Nicolas Sarkozy (France), Vladimir Putin (Russia) and Hu Jintao (China). Right, to all extents and purposes, this Thread is all about G20 and surrounding politics and factions comprising it. If this forum kicks off with a storm (I bet it will), then the moderators and admins are gonna have their work cut out for them. Please remember though, this may be about one of the biggest political summits in 21st century history; it doesn't mean that you should rant or abuse others (as will probably happen). Otherwise, this thread's gonna die quicker than fly flying into a fly zapper (bzztz, bzztzzzz!) (Nuff Said). Starter Topics: - Violence - Offcially = no violence, actuality = moderate violence/mini-rioting - Blockade of London Streets - Bank and others - Government and Police officials on protest Right then, onto it.

Honestly, I wish I had an armored personnel carrier to show up to protests in.

Mine would have hydraulics and a bitchin' sound system, though.

PS - There's no reason to spend half your OP backseat moderating and telling other people how to act in it. They know the forum rules.

Quote: Violence - Officially = no violence, actuality = moderate violence/mini-rioting

Source of this moderate violence/mini rioting?
Are you mistaking the NATO meeting with the G20?
"You insulted me!" I did not say that in the private message Tom Sloper!
You know what? No.

Apart from having no specific point, by design, this thread is actively asking for a flamewar. That, plus your past record of posting all kinds of stupidity in this forum, leaves absolutely no justification for leaving this thread alive.
