Getting fired from a dream job over "communication" issues

Toolmaker, that is great advice. Documenting everything that happens seems like a wonderful idea. I will definetly make sure I do that next time.

And if anyone else has more observations or advice I would appreciate it.

For what? For being reinstated in a place people don't want him? Or to sue them for an insignificant amount of cash?

The best thing he can do now is finding himself another job obviously leaving this one out from his resume.

Yes, what I meant is even if the laws says he's right, he probably shouldn't sue anyway for nothing good will come out of it.

I do not wish to accomplish anything, that is a matter for Journey and a dismissal board if it came to that. Maybe Journey would:
- like the job back
- like compensation for ill treatment or for the company not following rules.
- or to stop the company treating future employees in a same manner if there is anything to complain about.

All three of which will follow you, permanently. Ruining future job prospects with many other companies simply because they'll see you as a troublemaker.
