Hi Guys and Girls, Over a month ago, I have sent a registration request to ESRB office, along with cover letter and a short description of the product. I have included all company details required by the ESRB registration page. However, we have received no response so far, no emails, no calls. As we're closing in to the shipping date, this begins to be a problem. I would be greatful if anyone of you shed light on how this process should look like, and whom should I contact. The only contact point seems to be the regular post mailbox, with no emails nor phones given. Seems like a very old-fashioned way for such a high-tech moderating board. Thank you in advance, Nestor

Another few seconds on a New York phone directory gave me the same main phone number.
