I am looking for any indie game developers that would be willing to respond to an interview for my final paper for my business class! Please post your response with your name and position in the "company," as well as the company name itself! Thanks! Option 2: Small Business Observation Interview a successful small business owner (e-business, if possible) and give a brief description of the company/objectives and also ask them the following questions: What do you believe makes you successful? When and why did you decide to start your own business? Who are your main advisors and why (attorney, CPA, insurance, banker, etc.)? Do you have a business plan? What did you put in it? Did you choose your form of ownership (corporation, sole proprietorship, etc.)?

I might say as a business person myself that some of these questions are a bit funny:

"Do you have a business plan?"
"Did you choose your form of ownership (corporation, sole proprietorship, etc.)?"

Alongside the "Interview a successful small business owner" stipulation it becomes something of an irony if you are to believe the fact that in today's small business world the only successful companies are the ones that utilize business plans and other foundational tools effectively.

And I would hope they chose a form of ownership. Of course, should they opt out of "choosing" they are then, by default, a sole proprietorship.
