Hey, I have been writing a short story and learning how to write screen plays. After my first short story is done I plan on creating a screen play for it and pay someone with flash knowledge to animate it. Also, I'm going to be writing a mid evil times war game(an RTT like Mark of Chaos). I know I can write it, it's just how to format it. I tried google and I get templates, but it doesn't help so much. Can anyone help me out? ~ Tyler
I assume you're talking about a voice-over script for a game.
There isn't one template that everybody sees as best.
Just do these things that differ a bit from a screenplay:

- Number the lines of dialogue. The numbering will be used in naming the audio files.

- For each line of dialogue (for each recording that will comprise one audio file), consider whether a description is needed for the actor(s) to understand the scene and the motivation.

- For each line of dialogue or audio file, write an indication of what causes the audio to be played to the player.

OK, so... is it that your quest is answered by what you found? Or are you saying the thing you found "doesn't help so much"?
And if so, then what about what I said (about how to write a game story voiceover script) doesn't help you?
...You aren't asking how to write a game design document (GDD), are you?

What you said helped a bit and so did those templates, I guess I need something more detailed and no, I'm not asking about GDDs, I can do those.
