First, do you just need a game "designed" that is written out and figured out on paper, but not actually programmed? Because asking for a game designer to build you a game would basically involve receiving a stack of papers on your desk a few weeks later detailing how the game would behave.

Second, building a game is a complex and difficult process requiring many disciplines, a lot of time, and many people depending on the complexity. It is never a simple process even for a simple game. What kind of drag racing game are you talking about? Is it 2d or 3d? Is it a simulation with realistic physics or can it be an arcade style? Are we talking a browser flash game or a download and install style ordeal?

Third, what type of compensation are you offering? This is important, if you are looking to hire some help you may have a chance of getting a game. If not, chances are you won't get anyone interested.

Also, post in help wanted and conform to their style answering the questions I posed.
