hey i need a utility that can do the following batch job. i can probely write it myself but i thought i might get lucky and someone here knows of something that already exists that i can use. i have about 11000 bmp's with varying sizes. like 46x97 or 90x45 etc. i need to convert all of them to 128x128 but it musnt stretch the textures to do so. in other words it must simply add black pixels to both sides of the image if the origanel hieght was bigger than the width or to the top and bottem if the origanel width was bigger than the height. ImageMagick with a custom script might be a good way to go.
