Hey, I am in the process of making a 2d adventure point and clcik game. I can not draw at all, so am looking for artists who are able to draw good sprites and backgrounds. I do not want to spend alot of money on paying artists so does anyone have any links to people or companies that can produce this at a good cost? TY

Good art usually isn't cheap, so you shouldn't bet on stellar quality with a low sticker price. Some artists though are willing to make other arrangements, or even work for free if your really lucky.

Now, Gamedev.net is primarily a forum of Programmers (and you should post in the Help Wanted section for such things), while artists do troll around here sometimes your much more likely to find them in Artist oriented forum's like Pixeljoint, DeviantArt, Pixelation, or ConceptArt.org. You may also want to read Contracting Art For Your Game, and if all else fails and you can't find an artist you like/can afford, try reading Creating Good Game Art When Your Not An Artist.
