Looks like some kind of mix between a human, a shark and a clown.

It's not bad. You need to think a little bit more about where the light is coming from, so you can provide a consistent rendition. Also, think about how light plays on a surface; while your creature has defined shoulders and abdominal muscles, they look cartoony because that's now how light hits our real bodies.

Finally, think about light bouncing off, say, the shoulder and onto the underside of the jaw. That kind of subtle reflection really elevates a drawing. In drawing, as in photography, lighting is everything.

Looks cool, but it's very strange. Looks like it's sucking out his intestines.
