I'm having a bit of trouble understanding your english (no offense meant). But i'm guessing you're asking if you can use those in your game?
They give 64x64 versions, each with their own alpha already done. So using them would not be a problem from a technical perspective. However, those are just icons, so they will not be animated.
In other words, they will work, as long as you're not expecting them to be animated.
I think a better idea would be to make a post in the 'Help Wanted' forums and try to find a freelance artist who will do it for free, or for whatever you're willing to pay.
