Probably not new, but I only downloaded/looked at this recently : http://sketchup.google.com/product/gsu.html It worked reasonably well after only playing with it for 10 minutes. Of interest are the numerous builing models that are available online. Allegedly there are converters to graphical formats more used in game programming.
