question about HL model editing
sorry if this a wrong place for this, i have no one else to ask
i would like to edit a hl/cs 1.6 weapon mdl file v_g3sg1.mdl
i have used Half-Life MDL Decompiler v1.2 for decompiling this model
for compile i use Milkshape
i saw a awp model someone has made "v_awp.mdl" with viseur crosshair without making zoom, i extracted both v_g3sg1.mdl and v_awp.mdl models and i copied some required code from extracted v_awp.mdl" template i needed. And Instead crossair i added a red dod with same name like other edited template viseur.bmp

problem is when i compile it back to model i get a big dot and it not in center like other one made. i made a screenshot and hope someone can understand this :)
