So I had this idea for an application that would process a real-time (or at least somewhere in the real of 15 frames per second) video stream, but I don't really have any hardware to try it out on. Could anyone recommend me a relatively cheap webcam that can capture images at this rate (they do not need to be very detailed)? If it's compatible with some easy-to-use webcam API that would of course also be a huge bonus. (Incidentally, if anyone could recommend any good ways of interfacing with a webcam in Python or C# that'd be great!) Thanks for your help!
