hi, i see many web game site owners steal my shockwave games & place them on their sites for free. is there any place for shockwave game developers that they could place their games on there for sell or license them.
IP law is very hard, and international IP law is probably the most complex legal field.

Talk to a qualified IP lawyer in your country.

Second, send a friendly message (not a legal warning, yet) telling them that you know they are using your stuff, that you want them to use your stuff, but that they must pay you to use it.

I forgot to mention this with the first post, but your lawyer will help you write the license agreement. You will need the license agreement when they pay you.
In my experience you're basically screwed. People have been doing this for a long time. People even build successful businesses on the concept of IP theft from legally weak developers and content creators. As a matter of fact YouTube is built around this concept, as is Ebaum's World. Even big companies have a hard time enforcing their copyright on the Internet as we all know.

When you make the game put an advert for your own site IN the game (in between levels or even within levels). That way everyone who steals your game will be advertising your site.

You could put a very simple check in your file that it will only run if it's on a certain web-site perhaps. Easy to crack but if it stops people just copying your game it might be enough most of the time?
