So far the only answer i''ve been able to get with my not having glaux.dll is that it doesn''t exist in the first place. If it doesn''t exist then your going to have to help me figure out where to get libraries for glaux in Dev-C++ that doesn''t require glaux.dll.(if it doesn''t exist it''s the compiler because the libraries say to require and link to glaux.dll). Now. Either someone searches their hard drive ever so kindly and finds glaux.dll and sends it to me or they help me solve this problem. If it doesn''t exist well... PS: Please don''t suggest that i get Visual C++ because i have a video card that isn''t manufactured anymore(its that old) and i have $200 which is just barely enough to get one that won''t go out of date in a year or two. Yes i know of introductory editions and i said BARELY enough. Sorry to be so rude. Bad day and a lot of work for final projects to do. Despite that Thank you for any help you guys might still be willing to give me. "Those who want it, but can''''t get it, will complain about it.
Just don''t use GLaux. Take a look at Nehe''s TGA loading tutorial, it will get you started with loading textures without external libraries.
