We have access to an ISO of the CD, but I dont know whether we're legally allowed to do anything with it as I'm not aware of the conditions GD.net and Jeff made up when they took over his website.

Most of its content can be downloaded from the site, though: lessons, demos, articles.. So dont mind, just browse the site it even has more explanations.
