Do I need to be registered game developer to sell my game(s) via Internet?
I don't believe so. I don't think there is even such a thing as a 'registered game developer'.

In a way, an interesting question.
If I want to sell my product on the main street of the city where I live I think I need a permit to do so.
But on the internet, just place your PayPal icon on your site and you're go. I hope it will be like that. Internet if free.
Probably not, but it depends where you're based and to whom you're selling. Local laws may require a registration at the chamber of commerce or revenue service. Also, the sale of certain software might be restricted (can it be used to launch nuclear missiles?).

I have never heard of such (legal) thing as a registered game developer, like it exists for accountants, lawyers or medical professionals.

Because you'd be using a public space to sell your goods. If you'd be selling it from your home you probably don't need explicit permission.

I think the other poster is right - you need to be a registered business with your local government.
