How to make plugin 4 3d MAX

Anybody knows where can i find tutorial or some info how to make plugin for 3d studio max ???? maybe where can i find 3d max 3 or 4 sdk ??? Got any info please drop a line !!!

The SDK is located on the original MAX CD
