The thread for programs like this was closed, so I thought I'd just START one. sfxr The maker describes it as the "Paint of sound editing." A seriously easy to use and FREE software for making sound effects. You don't even need to steel intellectual property! PS: I really wanted this in the beginner's board, 'cuase I figured people new to it all wouldn't be as likely to read this section. If it's appropriate for there, could I have it be moved? I just would rather have it moved by request than by force.
