Is the source to the BMFont application available? I'm interested in doing some modifications to font picking, combining multiple fonts into textures together and rotating individual glyphs in a font.

I haven't open-sourced this project (yet). However, if you're interested it is available for licensing for a small amount.

Well, given that I just want to create some data files for an article that I'm writing, I don't think a licensing fee is really in the cards. Thanks for the offer though.
