Good books about OpenGL?
I''ve almost read over the "OpenGL Super Bible 2nd Edition", and I think I''ve got the basic idea and useful knowledge about OpenGL. Any other good books about OpenGL that one would always buy?
Either, I got a lot of help from Nehe''s tutorial for sure
I wonder if I should read other books to learn more advanced topic on OpenGL, or I should learn it from sample code and tutorial via the websites?
Definitly get the RED BOOK (OpenGL Programmers Guide). It is much more in depth than the Super Bible and is the holy grail of the openGL world. It also doesn''t have all that Windows code that the SuperBible has.
Other good books - OpenGL Reference Manual (aka The Blue Book), OpenGL Programming for the X window System (aka the Green Book - used for X-windows/motif programming). And don''t forget to do Nehe''s Tutorials!!
Those are THE books on OpenGL, after you get done the red book and Nehe''s Tuts you should be a preaty good OGL programmer.
