I am planing on making a Courage The Cowardly Dog Game. Its based on some of the more populare episodes. What I need is a spriter that can make me some 2D platform sprites! Courage-Stand Idle, Run, Scream Muriel-Stand Idle, Run Eustace-Stand Idle, Run, Puling out his mask and screaming Of Course this isnt all of them I need but its a start. You'll find getting help for this hard since you don't own the "Courage the Cowardly Dog" IP, therefore making it illegal. You'll probably run into a cease and desist letter at some point. Your time would be better spent doing an original idea.

You would understand if you were an artist. I have had people ripoff my work in the past, i would not like to do the same to others.

Yeah, uh, cool. Except you're not going to find a 'spriter' who's going to slave away at animations for an unsanctioned project that infringes on copyrights and registered characters.

If you're that into Courage, contact the owners and try and get their permission for the project in writing, and then proceed from there. Otherwise, try and understand that the working world is full of adults who want to and need to respect the law and material of others.
