Exporting Particle Systems from Max into your game
Hi All,
Can one currently export complex particle systems from 3Ds Max9 into your game? Like for instance, making a flame thrower particle system in Max, animating it and then play it in your game?

There is nothing in DirectX/Direct3D that will help you with this task. Obviously D3D can render particle systems but you typically have to roll your own - loader/converter and renderer.
I'm going to move this to 'Visual Arts' as it sounds like you need help with the toolchain rather than the actual programming.
