RAM speed in Windows XP

How can I see my RAM speed in Windows XP? I've already looked in System Properties and in the BIOS. The BIOS allows for changing the RAM speed from AUTO to the speed I suspect the RAM is running at and the system runs fine. Is there any way to determine this speed in XP or with some 3rd party software?
Check out CPU-Z.

Thanks!
CPU-Z finds that my RAM frequency is 400 MHz and Command Rate is 2T. Is this the same as when the RAM is sold as 800 MHz?

Yes DDR800/6400 runs at 400mhz.
