Hello, i'm having a strange problem for a few days now, and i have no clue how to solve it. I'm trying to export an animated model from 3dsmax to .x, using panda directx exporter, but only a part of model is being animated - the main part. So what i want to ask is, could you please download the model (only 300kb) from here : http://rapidshare.com/files/23962270/bug.max.html And see if there's anything wrong with the model (it was modeled by my cousin and i don't know how he did it, cause there are no bones) and try to export it into a .x . And if it works fine, could you give me the exporter you use and it's settings? Thanks.
I don't have MAX, so I can't really help you out as far as actually looking at the file, but just to get a couple of basics out of the way -

1) If there are no bones, then was it just keyframed?
2) All the geometry are polygons, right?
3) All of the geometry is on the default layer, right?

1) I think so, he was just changing vertices positions.
2) Yes, but check the screenshots.
3) I don't really know about this one.
