I fixed it,
I deleted the libGL.so
and created a new link using the link command
is this correct?

Another question though.
I can run the application by double clicking it in the file manager.
But how can I run it in the command-line?
I tried sh but it give me:
./ogl_glx_sample: 1: Syntax error: "(" unexpected

simply typed ./ogl_glx_sample
