so I got msvc... now, when I make a change in a program, and i rebuild the program, it wont reflect the changes when I run it. is this a common problem? How do I fix it?

yes, you need to learn how to use your compiler.

Are you sure it compiled and linked correctly? Check the date and time of the generated executable.

I have had that before. If rebuild all doesnt work, restart the app.
