(n)curses and colors...
Just a really quick question: Is there a function similar to clear that uses colors? Having to print alot of spaces to the screen is a pretty ugly solution...I MUST have missed something

If you man curses(or man ncurses) you will get a lot of stuff and functions which can be used.

No kidding. The question is WHICH function? If you look at the curs_attr manpage it says color_set(), attr_on(), et. al. only applies to waddch(), waddstr(), wprintw() and it''s close relatives like addstr() and printw(). So if you use clear() like you would usually clear the screen it clears it to black, not to blue or green or whatever.
