I'm paying $10 per month to get my game updates reviewed within 5 days instead of 14 days (free) by download.com. Usually they are great and only take 2 days but this time its 8 days and I'm still waiting. I've contacted download.com support about how long they'll be but havent got a reply yet. I'm wondering if anyone else is having troubles with download.com recently or is it just me?

Check with other people who do the same thing. If a lot of others are having the same problem, it's quite likely that Download.com has a backlog to work through, in which case all you can do is be patient and wait for them to clear it all out.

10 days and counting. Only 4 days to go and I might as well have gone with the free version of download.com updating.
