SLK's license agreement
I need help with SLK's license agreement:
SLK is a parser generator, the generator itself is not open source but there are some open source samples.
Here is a part from license agreement:
...
The License grants you the right to use and modify the
source code ("Source Code") contained in the Product for the
purposes of evaluating, designing, developing, and testing
software products, and to reproduce and distribute the Source
Code, along with any modifications thereof, provided that you
agree:
(1) to distribute the Source Code in source or object code
form and only in conjunction with and as a part of a software
application product developed by you that adds significant
and primary functionality to the Source Code;
(2) to indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the supplier of
the Product from and against any claims or lawsuits, including
attorney's fees, that arise or result from the use or
distribution of your software application product.
...
I do not understand point (1)
Do I have to publish the source of my program if I only use the generated parser?
And what does 'object code' mean?
FULL LICENSE AGREEMENT
We don't speek for them. To get an authoritative answer:
1. Look at the contact page on their web site.
2. Click on their email address.
3. Ask them about their intentions.
4. Keep a hard copy of their response.

what does 'object code' mean?
That's what source code turns into after you compile it. IANAP
