Error with Lesson 31

I just tried to run the lesson 31 Visual Studio.net code. I get the following error and am not sure how to resolve it. I want to see how to application works. d:\Profiles\r65136\Desktop\lesson31\MilkshapeModel.cpp(19): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'fstream.h': No such file or directory Please help!

That's the old syntax. Remove the '.h' from fstream and it should compile.
