Alena,
Why do you want to talk to a producer? And why only from Microsoft? I'm a producer... but I don't work at Microsoft. Do you need producing advice, or do you want an "in" at Microsoft, or what?
What is your real question??
Tom

Well... The problem is that in general I am looking for a Microsoft Producer:) May be with a very funny and odd suggestion. I would like to create something like a next chapter of Neverhood.
Recently we have created plasticine adventure as a sample:)
Our plasticine team is fan about Neverhood:)

Instead of going to microsoft you could just always make your own version. I am not talking about doing something illegal. I am talking about taking the things you love about it and creating something brand new. Why not create your own special version. Who knows you may come up with the next big game :D

The first plasticine game have been finished:) but own games and a next chapter of NeverHood are different things of course.
We plan to create second part of our Plasticine Dream too:)
Game will be released at our local market next week, hehe dreams come true

So I asked, "why a producer" and "why from Microsoft." The indication being that I'm ready to give "some useful advices." Alena wrote:

I repeat, why do you need to talk to a PRODUCER about that? What do you want to accomplish? A Microsoft producer is probably not the person who can help you achieve whatever it is you want to accomplish. It sounds to me like you need to talk to someone in LICENSING at Microsoft - not production.

You really need to talk to someone in licensing (not a producer), and you need to have a lawyer. You need to go about this in the correct businesslike manner. You probably need to talk to the person on the phone and get an airplane ticket and fly to Seattle to meet Microsoft and discuss this in person. (It costs money to be in business, especially when just starting out.) I understand from your words that this is a fan game - but you and your partners can get in legal trouble if you don't do this right.
Good luck!

For current game we don't need any licensing. Game was made from plasticine but the main hero and settings are ours.
