You just posted your Help Wanted thread today ... and you expected people to just jump over what? This amazing proposal you have? You have a "design doc" that spells out like yet another Warcraft 2 rip-off, which you've already stated yourself, is what it is. Not only that, but you've decided to double post, which is clearly against the forum rules. How exactly do you expect to find people by disrespecting the community on this website?

I would recommend that you rework your previous post and show people what you actually have accomplished. I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but you might want to study what others have done (as in their recruiting strategies) and copy that if you're wanting to copy something.

well keep in mind everything zer0wolf said and this.... don't keep changing your project!
constantly changing the project you're trying to recruit people for comes off as unproffesional and is a clear-cut sign of an unstable project and will deter people even more from joing your project.
that and in yiour "design doc" you don't seem to have a very good idea of what you're asking of each member area of your team. what you should do is start a simplier project and learn from there. starting too big at first is only going to lead to failure mainly due to lack of experience and understanding which then leads to lack of project coordination, which then leads to project failure.
so start simple and things will turnout better.
