Hey,
First off you really should rename this "O Fortuna-Battle Theme Remix". Many people will recognize this as the famous Karl Orff piece- but there may be some that do not actually know it. You don't want to accidently mislead people into thinking this is your original composition instead of just an arrangement.
Having said that- I thought the beginning was quite nice. The samples are of good quality and I like how things slowly build up. I'd try and smooth out the solo soprano line- there is one note (the third one)that seems to jump out a little too much and not mesh with the context of the rest of the line.
From 0:49 onward it's pretty much the O Fortuna melody with down tempo drums added. I'd try and add something here to make the piece have more progression forward because it really begins to lag from this point up until the end. This is because there is way too much repetition. This could be done by adding contrasting ideas, changes of texture (you have some but they are too mild and also repetitive) and putting more of your own ideas in the mix. Also, down tempo for a battle (esp. in a game) doesn't always connect well. Down tempo sequences in films work well because they're usually short segments that are played while the hero jumps out of a burning helicopter, onto a burning airplane and lands it on top building while holding the President's daughter who has been kidnapped. :) Sorry, couldn't help myself there.
Keep in mind, while this might sound good in a film, it wouldn't work so well in a video game. The action on screen may be super frantic and the music you've provided is down tempo and more "moody" than action.
Please know that any suggestions I make on these boards is to try and make the piece better- those that know me know I'm the kind of guy that wants to encourage rather than insult. Hopefully, since you're new to these boards, you'll take it the way I mean it.
Hope this helps!
