Wow, that's remarkably specific stuff. Is this a written test? How much time do you have per question? Are reference materials allowed?
I can answer 3 of these questions, but only 2 with some degree of certainty.
I'm rather uneducated when it comes to collision response and pathfinding (had it covered in AI and computational geometry lectures for a brief time), so for one or two of the questions, i'd be quite wildly guessing. (actually, after 5 minutes of thought, I think I have a quite satisfactory answer for the collision response question, but it'd involve researching some details if someone wants me to elaborate further than just stating what it is)

Yup, it's a written test and they sent it to me by mail. They did not mention any time limit or if i'm allowed to research the questions. I haven't sent in my answers yet (because i'm not fully finished), but will probably do so during the day.
They emphasise that it's not really that important to get all the questions right. The test will serve as a ground for the interview (if they decide to interview me).
I must admit, this test was not that easy. I would have looked really stupid if they would have given it to me during a interview. :(

Wow, they went softball on you. One of those is a trick question though.
I actually sense two trick questions. The one with the collision response had me fantasizing about search algorithms in arrays of 2800 0000000000 0000000000 0000000000 0000000000 0000000000 0000000000 GigaBytes for a while. But then, I do like to think "big" as soon as someone tells me that "memory is not an issue". Hawhaw.
