What format does Blender export it's models and animated models as ? I can't see it on it's web page. cheers

The default format is .blend, though there are importers/exporters for most common formats, including 3ds, .x, lightwave (don't know the extension), as well as a bunch of others, some included, many others available as python scripts. Chances are, if you need a specific format that isn't supported, someone in the community can help you add support quite quickly...
