Action/Adventure. Latest piece.
Sorry I haven't posted here in a while folks. I invested in a few new libraries lately so I put together a short action/adventure type piece. Feedback more than welcome. And yeah I know, the Matrix and Peacemaker 'homages' are more than obvious but I wasn't going for something totally original here...just a fun exercise in trying to come up with something a little more MV style.
Cheerz....
Michael.

Next time, put a direct link to the mp3 for the lazy people. ;)
What new libraries are used? This is a very well-mixed piece. Fun, high-energy, kinda short though. Great job though. How old are you? Do you make a living off of music composition?

Thanks fer yer kind wordz Mr Antisheep. The reason it's short is coz' I just bought EW silver and wanted to try something short just to get me used to it before I dive into anything lengthy. Also, a local film/commercial producer has asked me for a demo of my gear and they wanted to hear some kind of action thingy.
I've only started out doing this stuff a couple of years back and on a more serious level in the last couple of months. I'm only making a 'semi-living' from it at the mo but I'm confident that I'll get there a bit further down the track.
I really only ended up using a few of Silvers sounds though. There were quite a number of other things I used. Mainly Edirol and a few soft-synths. Some 'Epic Horns' in there for good measure.
Thanx for listening mate.
Michael.
