I am just making a little FPS game for fun. I was wondering if anyone has an animated character model with a gun that they can let me use for it. This project isn't going to be sold or anything, probably just sent to a few friends and family. Ideally the character has idle, moving, death and shooting modes. Thanks in advance.

have a look through the free characters on turbosquid, might be something there.

you're probably going to be able to find free models.... but animating just takes too long to be able to find freee animations everywhere.
