Ok guys, as i am not a lawyer, and being german, i got some problems to fill out the license agreement... Hope you can help... what to fill in the lines at the bottom of the page? ------------------------ Licensor ? (signature???) ------------------------ By ? ----------------------- Title? ------------------------ Date ( ok i know that one)
For licensor, its supposed to be a company name. If you arent a company, you can probably do as I did and just put your name. You sign the line that says by, and title would be lead programmer, or whatever, or just blank. At least thats what I did.

Did you guys send the form back via email? I assume this means scan the signed document back in and send it right? Does that make sense from a legal point of view? Shouldn''t it be mailed? What if people don''t have scanners?

Jeff (Nehe) mailed me this, it should clear up your questions:

("prima") and , a < Your company> name Corporation (n/a if nothing)

located at ___Your mailing address ("Licensor"). (needed to get a free book)

Licensor (signature ... signed)
By: (your name again)
Print name: print name
title: Programmer
