Is this a good idea to develop the game for RealArcade and POP Cap
Is this a good idea if I would develop a casual game and submit to site like RealArcade and POPCap?
They seems to have very strong customer base and publishing capacity.
I'm curious to know the experience of other people from this board. Is this a good market? What is the evaluation criteria for them?

Good idea for what? A good market for what?
If you are asking if it is a good way to get into the industry, the answer is that it can be. If you manage to write a game and get it on their main web site, then you have a verifiable game credit. Congratulations.
Is it a good market for selling casual games? Yes, if you manage to get complete it well enough to get it on their main web site.
Both have fairly strict acceptance requirements that you'll have to meet to get it up on their site, you can contact them for the details once your game is roughly feature-complete. You can write games created with their framework and put it up on your own page without meeting any criteria.

It doesn't hurt to submit them, but remember that they (especially PopCap) have a very strong image and will only take games that maintain that quality image. You have to really wow them to get your game up there.
Of course, making a game that could possibly be on those sites can be sold to any other gaming site as well: Yahoo, MSN Games, Pogo... you just need to find one that wants it.
Casual games are a dime a dozen, though. You need something of outstanding quality to get up on one of those sites (they can develop enough half-ass games internally :) )
