Is there a "user manual" or "how to" on this of someone is looking to learn to create an RTS based off this? Their site yielded nothing but more questions. Also, when I try to run orts.exe why is it that it seems to want to communicate with a server, or rather, why does it seem to be trying to HOST a server?
