Make Speakers Wireless?
My speakers have a regular headphone jack and I'm trying to make them wireless... anybody know how to do this? I have a wireless router, what else would I need? Thanks for any help on this one! -Sam
...you're kidding, right?
You're gonna have to invest in some significantly expensive equipment to do that. =P

forget using your wireless router.
if you seriously want to make your headphones wireless, these are the steps involved:
- convert the audio coming out of your computer / speakers into a radio frequency signal
- transmit the RF signal through the air.
- recieve the RF signal, and convert it back into a sound wave when it gets to your headphones.
i think that your best bet would be to purchase a small FM transmitter (commonly used to play a discman through a car stereo, for example), and build or purchase a small FM reciever to attach to your headphones.
